Spinach and Feta Phyllo Triangles Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
12 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
¼ cup melted butter (or olive oil)


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh dill, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with melted butter or olive oil.
Place another sheet of phyllo dough on top and repeat the process until you have a stack of 3 sheets.
Cut the stacked phyllo dough into 3 equal strips lengthwise.
Place a spoonful of the spinach and feta mixture at the bottom of each strip.
Fold the bottom corner of the strip over the filling to form a triangle.
Continue folding the strip into a triangle shape until you reach the end.
Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and filling.
Lightly brush the outside of each triangle with melted butter or olive oil.
Place the triangles in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they're not touching.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
