Air Fryer Veggie Spring Rolls Recipe.


Ingredients:


8 spring roll wrappers
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 carrot, julienned
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup bean sprouts
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
Cooking spray


Recipe Instructions:


In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you.
Spoon some of the vegetable filling onto the bottom third of the wrapper.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Moisten the top corner with water to seal the spring roll.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they're not touching.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
