Loaded Twice Baked Potato Casserole Recipe.


Ingredients:




2 lbs potatoes ( baby reds or gold would be delicious) baked and quartered – seasoned with salt and pepper
2 cups of steamed broccoli florets
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar
1 cups of sour cream
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Chives or scallions, to top


Recipe Instructions:


Heat oven to 350 Degrees
Butter a casserole dish, add potatoes, broccoli, cheese, sour cream, and top with bacon
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes
Top with chives or scallions
