Yorkshire Pudding Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 TSP Salt
1 Cup Milk
3 Large Eggs
5 TSP Canola Oil


Recipe Instructions:


Combine the flour, salt, milk and eggs in a large glass bowl and beat using an electric mixer for 1 minute until the ingredients are well combined and resemble pancake batter.
Cover bowl and let the mixture rest for 1 hour.
Pre heat the oven to 425 degrees and place a little canola oil in the bottom of each cup in a 12-cup muffing tray.
Place tray in the oven for 10 minutes to heat the oil.
Remove heated muffin tray from oven and pour equal amounts of batter into each of the tray?s cups.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the puddings have puffed up and risen and turned an eve golden brown color.
Serve immediately with meat, vegetables and gravy.
