Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls Recipe.


Ingredients:


8 Slices Flank Steak
1 TBSP Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 TBSP Chopped Rosemary
1 Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
1 Green Bell Pepper (Sliced)
1 Medium Zucchini (Sliced)
1 Yellow Onion (Sliced)
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
2 TSP Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 TBSP Red Wine
1/4 Cup Beef Broth


Recipe Instructions:


Rub each side of flank steak with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and some rosemary.
Heat one TBSP olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook vegetables until crisp and tender, season with salt and pepper.
Place some of the vegetable strips on a piece of the flank steak.
Roll up flank steak and secure with toothpick.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add garlic, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, red wine, brown sugar and bring to rapid boil.
Reduce heat, add beef broth and simmer for 12 minutes.
IN a skillet on medium heat, add rolled up flank steak and cook for 2 minutes on each side or, until according to your taste of doneness.
Serve immediately after plating and drizzling with sauce.
