Fish Tacos Recipe.


Ingredients:


2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 1/2 TBSP Lime Juice,
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
1 1/2 TSP Chili Powder
1/2 TSP Ground Cumin
1/2 TSP Ground Paprika
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 LB Cod Fish (Cubed)


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium glass bowl whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne and season with pepper.
Place fish cubes into a gallon sized resealable bag and pour marinade over the fish, seal the bag and gently shake to coat all of the fish with the marinade, place bag in refrigerator to 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place fish on the prepared baking sheet, bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through, the fish should flake easily when prodded with a fork.
Break fish into bite sized pieces and layer over warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
